1. Shipping Area
We currently offer shipping services only within Hong Kong (including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories).
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may leave a delivery notice for pickup at a designated location.
5. Delivery Issues
Failed Deliveries: If the package is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability after multiple attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply.
Damaged/Lost Packages: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence for assistance.
